I love the Earth and the Earth loves me

Here's how to get to this point: when you are outside, and it can even be on your daily commute, start speaking this ONE line that I came up with:

"I love the Earth and the Earth loves me."

This works. You might be feeling lately that you don't have *time* to reconnect with the natural world. Or maybe you don't know how to start getting back to nature. Maybe you've never ventured deep into the woods and allowed yourself to get "lost". Whatever the case may be, THIS is how you get it started.

1. You've made the decision to somehow reconnect with mother nature.

2. Repeat "I love the Earth and the Earth loves me." every day. Only have to say it once a day. Personally I find that once you start saying it, you'll find yourself saying it often. Say it out loud.

3. The act of affirming or intending that the Earth and you are in love opens the door to the Universe bringing you more nature.

4. You'll start noticing little ways that the Earth loves you. Maybe it's a feather on the ground. Maybe you notice something fascinating about the tree in your backyard. Maybe suddenly you start having time to go for a nature walk or forest bath.

5. Remain open to mother nature blessing you in known and unknown ways.

This is not hard. Look above, all we've done so far is speak some words with intention. You can do this. YOU can do this. Trust me, I started saying this affirmation at my heaviest weight. I loved hiking but my body struggled with it so I often made excuses to not go, or not last for very long. This changing of my words changed my situation over time.

I'm not doing anything that you can't also do. This costs nothing. And I have freely shared my wisdom with you - it's up to you to decide.
